Greetings...

So you'd like to get involved as an adult leader here at ONEIGHTY? 

We are EXTREMELY excited to get you started through the process to working with and supporting our teens.  We believe there is NO HIGHER calling and opportunity available in our church than to work with the next generation.  With your desire to impact teens coinciding with our vision and mission, we're destined to see young people impacted with a passion to live for God at home and on their campus.

Before you start the process of serving with us, I'm sure you have a few question about us as a Youth Ministry...what we do...where we're going...how we're going to get there?  To answer those questions, we've placed a Oneighty Vision document that will answer any question or concern you may have.

After you feel somewhat comfortable with our vision, values and goals...here are a few more things you can plan on doing in order to begin serving teens with us:

• Fill out the Oneighty application attached and turn it in to Eddy Barnes. 
  
• Once you've filled this application out, our next step is a BACKGROUND CHECK.
• After you've passed this important screening, we'll have an Adult Leaders interview
• Finally, we'll set up a schedule, find out where your strengths lie, and slowly begin putting you to work!
